I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and warm due to the sunlight, but some maintenance issues like an unpainted bathroom door and cracked tiles were noticeable. The location was superb, close to the Plaza de Armas but still peaceful. The staff, especially Karin, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The dining choices were decent but could be improved. Overall, a comfortable stay with great potential for enhancement.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a great view, especially from the big balcony, although street noise could be bothersome in the mornings. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable.
